Orders are usually shipped at the start of each week. Wholesale orders need to be prepared and may need to be shipped the following week.

On average, mail can take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped.
During summer, orders may be delayed due to hot weather. Some years we even stop selling plants if the weather gets too hot. There will be notifications on the website if the current weather is too hot to ship plants.
No orders will be shipped if the temperature for the week is above 35 degrees.
If we advise you that it is too hot to ship the plants, but you insist we ship them regardless, we take no responsibility for plants dieing during travel due to the hot weather.
No refunds given for change of mind, or if parcel is returned to sender with no valid reason.
If a refund is requested, plants must be sent back to us, and the refund will be counted only for the returned plants which are alive. Postage costs and payment transaction fees will not be refunded. An administration and restocking fee may also be charged.
